Description:

Position Description: Developer with experience using big data and cloud technologies. Google Cloud Platform is the preferred platform, but open to cloud data experience in other platforms (AWS, Azure, etc). As a senior data developer, you will have the opportunity to lead the build of solutions to ingest, store and distribute our big data to our analysts and work with them to develop and deliver data science used in our commercial products. Our developers use Python, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and SQL to deliver the products, tools and features of the future alongside application developers and members of our product team.

Skills required:

5+ years of Development with 3+ years in the Big Data ecosystem
Hands-on experience with Cloud and On Prem big data solutions
Core technologies:
- Spark
- Python
- PySpark
- Google based cloud technology (or equivalent) including:
Cloud DataProc
Cloud DataFlow
BigQuery
Kubernetes
Other tooling in the GCP ecosystem
