Translates business require­ments into functional specifications that enables information technol­ogy to design and implement desired solution.   Lead, direct and coordinate requirement gathering sessions for medium to large projects. Define and document business and system require­ ments per information technology guidelines. Complete work requests in order to maintain service level objectives in accordance with information tech­nology department goals and guidelines. Support business units by investigating operations-re­ lated opportunities and recommend solutions. Validate and verify requirements tracing to design and test documentation.   Collaborates with business to understand project goals and objec­tives as related to corporate strategy.
