Description:		Must be able to pass a credit, criminal and drug test.  will be asked to go for fingerprinting       BI developer with Qliksense and datawarehouse developer build lots of reports maintenance of ODI 12c on top of dwh, build reports on top of it    1.  Qualifications: Proven experience in data analysis, designing and development of ETL Demonstrated experience with IT requirements development; systems design, and integration Expert analytical skills. Able to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements. A self-starter can manage multiple responsibilities without close supervision. A team player and work independently. Experience working with a Global team.  Experience and Education: Bachelors' degree in computer science or other engineering discipline. At least 5 years of experience in ODI ETL development. Must have Qlikview/Qliksense exp.                    ODI ETL Developer  for Compliance Systems Division primarily responsible for analyzing, validating  and manage requirements, flows and adapting strategic business needs and functional processes into horizontally integrated data management solutions in line with the Firm's overall Data Governance strategy.                   ODI (ETL)  developer will own the technical understanding of the existing and future database schema and related programs used across all products and business lines.  Project data deliverables include gathering of data requirements, data flow diagrams, data sourcing plans, data privacy/security architecture, data integration specifications, design, development, testing, status updates and implementation.                 The individual will work with business and IT groups to design a data integration workflow design that provides for the extracting, loading and transforming of data, primarily for compliance reporting and analytics using Oracle ODI.  The Developer must be capable of working in a collaborative environment to support rapid development and delivery of highly demanding projects.   Responsibilities: Designing ETL interfaces and packages from several data sources Dimensions, Hierarchies, Fact Tables Experience with Oracle ODI Development, ETL designs, datastores, etc. Strong understanding of relational databases and Data warehousing concepts Strong PL/SQL knowledge Nightly refresh of data load plans Hands on experience with Unix/Linux Experience with requirements gathering process with Business Analysts and Users Experience working on troubleshooting and performance tuning of ETL interfaces Experience creating data validation test cases, etc. Experience with Star and Snowflake schemas Draw out, analyze, validate and manage requirements, flows and deliverables for projects. Ensure functionality of product meets with business requirements and expectations.
