Job Description:
This role demands a well-rounded senior engineer with expertise in Java technologies, cloud environments, leadership, and the ability to balance hands-on coding with mentoring and collaboration.
Key Skill Sets Required:

1. Technical Development Skills:
• 7+ years in Java/J2EE web development
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (Angular, Spring MVC)
• Hands-on expertise with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, or ORM frameworks
• Experience with SOAP/REST Web Services and MQ technologies
2. Full-Stack Knowledge:
• Strong grasp of front-end, middle-tier, and backend technologies
• Expertise with Tomcat servers and deployment processes
• Experience with unit, system, and stress testing
• Strong focus on minimizing production issues and meeting SLAs
3. Soft Skills & Problem Solving:
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts
• Experience in mentoring junior developers
• Capable of troubleshooting production issues independently
4. Educational Background & Certification (Preferred):
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science
