Position Details:
- Title: ERP Leader in Oracle Fusion (Architect)
- Location: Morristown, NJ (Onsite)
- Duration: One year
Responsibilities:
- 12+ years of experience in ERP Financials and Supply Chain modules
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials cloud ERP, including implementation and roll-out
- Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying ERP solutions tailored to business needs
- In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion and related ERP platforms, with a focus on optimizing out-of-the-box features for efficiency
- Ability to work closely with CXOs and business leaders to drive process improvements
- Skilled in presenting strategies for initiatives like ERP consolidations and roll-outs
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust ERP solutions
- Strong background in creating integrations and managing stakeholder relationships
- Proven ability to manage project deliverables, create project management documents, and lead governance calls
- Ability to work independently, manage end-user needs, and conduct workshops for process changes
- Solid knowledge of standard development methodologies (SDLC) for maintenance and implementation projects
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Financials cloud ERP
- BE/MCA/M.Tech degree
- Excellent communication, analytical skills, and adaptability
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials Solution Architecture preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and platform solutions for ERP builds
- Ability to analyze data trends and make actionable recommendations
- Expertise in aligning project architecture with business goals
