Position: Enterprise Architect (ServiceNow & Telecom) or Service Now Architect with Strong Telecom Experience 
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Client: Coforge/Trinet
Visa: No OPT
EXP:12+years

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture roles, with a strong focus on telecom and IT services.
Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with deep expertise in ITSM, TSM, ITOM, and related modules.
Extensive background in telecom operations, network management, and service delivery systems.
Experience with cloud technologies and integration frameworks is a plus.

Technical Skills:
Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including advanced configuration and custom development capabilities.
Strong understanding of telecom-specific technologies, such as OSS/BSS systems, network management, and service provisioning.
Experience with telecom protocols (e.g., SIP, VoIP, MPLS) and network technologies (e.g., 5G, fiber optics).
Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
Knowledge of API design, web services, and integrations between ServiceNow and telecom systems.

Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex technical challenges.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certifications.
Previous experience working in telecom companies or large-scale telecom projects.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of cloud-based telecom solutions and infrastructure management
