RPA Change Management Specialist  the intake process for new RPA licenses and service accounts, contributing to our organization's ongoing automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • RPA Change Management:
    • Review and approve change tickets for RPA deployments in ServiceNow (average of 135 tickets monthly).
    • Ensure all required documentation is included in each ticket, including:
      • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sign-off
      • Inventory of all associated files, scripts, and configurations
      • Solution Design Document (SDD) availability
      • Installation, validation, and rollback plan documentation
    • Collaborate with RPA user groups (Example: Scrum master, developers) to address any issues or missing information in change tickets.
    • Assist in developing and maintaining robust documentation standards for RPA change management governance.
  • RPA Intake Process:
    • Review, approve, and assign licenses for Automation Anywhere.
    • Review license chargebacks for UiPath.
    • Map service accounts and VDI/server access for approved license requests.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives related to RPA change management.
    • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in IT change management, process analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience with RPA change management methodologies is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework is preferred.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and at least one RPA platform (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath) is essential.
  • Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:
    • QuickBase
    • Power Platform (Power App, Power BI)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
