Role Description:
The area of responsibility essentially includes:
1. Development and optimization of assembly processes and equipment concepts from the offer phase to series handover, taking lean principles into account
2. Description of assembly processes using planning methods for workflow design
3. Participation in industrialization projects in planning and execution phases
4. Creation of specifications/specifications for assembly systems
5. Determination of key figures for the value-add calculation
6. Tracking and execution of the agreed cost and deadline targets
7. Participation in interdisciplinary and international project teams
8. Management and support of sub-projects for the industrialization of axle system assembly
9. Coordination of project-specific work packages with customers and suppliers
10. Support and control of the machine suppliers over the entire project period
11. Monitoring, control and final acceptance of assembly systems in the factory
12. Monitoring of the process acceptance by the customer
13. Organization of training and ensuring the transfer of know-how to the employees in the production plant
14. Arguing and negotiating the work results and concepts with the customer and management
