Position: Database Administrator
Location: Westerville, OH (Onsite - Only local candidates)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Client: Virtusa - JPMC
Need USC, H1B & H4 EAD candidates only.

Need 10+ years exp.
Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator, with expertise in both Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS database services, including RDS, Aurora, and DynamoDB.
- Experience with database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as SQL, Python, or Shell.
- Familiarity with database security best practices and AWS IAM.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Database - Specialty) are a plus.
