Job Title – Java Developer with strong Angular
Contract – 6+ Months Contract
Location - Cincinnati, OH Hybrid Role (Need Local Consultant Only)

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Angular developer to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex web applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. As a contractor, you will work closely with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain complex web applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to create user-friendly interfaces and seamless integration with back-end systems
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code
- Contribute to a culture of learning by documenting and sharing technical knowledge as a developer on an agile squad
- Participate in developer communities of practice by following best practices, participating in code reviews, and sharing knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
- Work closely with Product Owner, Agilist, and development team members to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Participate in researching and resolving customer issues
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or comparable with 2 - 3 years of software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of object-oriented design and development experience with one or more of the following programing languages:
- TypeScript / HTML / CSS
- Familiarity with testing tools: Karma / Jasmine / Jest / Cypress
- Angular web development framework 10+
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Accessibility best practices
- Experience with version control solutions, preferably Git/GitHub
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with any of the following, a plus:
- Gradle
- Node.js
- Java (8 or above)
- Spring Framework
- Spring Boot
- Microservice design principles
- Experience with OAuth-based authentication and authorization
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
