- Systems Analysis as it pertains to Data projects
- Strong SQL
- Prior experience working on Business Intelligence or Data Analytics projects
- Experience with writing user stories (Agile)
- Agile mindset (Needs to have utilized Agile principles)
Facilitating Scrum events for the team as needed (prior Agile experience is
needed)
This role is part of one our Data Squads. The person will be working across FI and in some cases across other Business Units as well. The team consists of the Product Owner and other developers and this person will be responsible for working with our business users and identifying and documenting the requirements

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 7-8 years of systems analysis experience
- Extensive experience working directly with business and detailing their requirements
- Strong SQL and Data skills
- Can connect with the developers / QA directly and ensure they can understand what the requirements are
- Good Communication skills
- Worked in an agile team
- Financial domain experience would be very advantageous
