Business Analytics Lead (10+ years of experience)	Wilton, CT – Onsite required.	Business Analytics leader with capable business acumen to do the following tasks until we can hire someone: Lead Business Analytics for the Organization Generate Monthly Reports and Dashboards in Tableau Create New Tableau Reports and Dashboards at direction of CFO Articulate Key KPI Month over Month Movements to Senior Staff and CFO. Provide Direction and Leadership to Ongoing Reporting Transformation Project Hands On Capability: 50% Leadership Time Focus: 50% Individual will be working directly with the Tavant team on the reporting replacement project. This is an experienced Reporting analytics and BI leader that is needed asap and probably will be on for 3-6 months. Person should be North America based and available to travel to Wilton, CT.
