Position: ServiceNow Administrator
Client Location: Brooklyn, NY (3 Days On-site from Day One)
Exp-5+ Years
Must have Skills:
· 5 years' experience with ServiceNow administration
· Exceptional customer service, communication and documentation skills
· Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management applications
· Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes
· Experience in IT service management, ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) highly preferred
· ServiceNow System Admin certification (Administrator or higher)
· Experience with hardware and mobile devices such as laptops, smartphones and printers
