Job description:
Technical Product Manager
100% Remote
only USC/GC
Responsibilities:
*Design, implement and manage aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including an agile development methodology, release management, drafting development plans, and working with the engineering team to assess sprint commitments.
*Draft functional specifications as part of the SDLC process with engagement from Engineering, Business Development, and Portfolio Managers.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Extensive product experience designing trading platforms
- Experience with one or more of the following asset classes (Crypto, Fixed Income, FX, Futures, Equities)
- Experience with various software development methodologies including Agile.
- Experience with software development management software such as JIRA, and corresponding workflow customization
- Detail oriented, with very clear written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of financial market structures
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Self-motivated, proactive
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable
- Ability to work effectively independently as well as part of a team
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong communication, problem solving & analytical skills
