Mandatory Skills: ReactJS,NodeJS,HTML5, CSS, SQL, Rest API’s

·         Responsible for providing technical leadership during software development to ensure that the team delivers bug-free releases and aligns to industry best practices Essential Functions Lead technical knowledge transfer where necessary and own the code henceforth for one or more products

·         Participate in all phases of development of next generation Payer Provider Systems as the key technical advisor and subject matter expert

·         Review requirements and drive discussions with Product Managers around design, feasibility, complexity, impact and estimates

·         Lead delivery of small to medium projects providing technical guidance to global delivery teams

·         Hands-on coding as a MERN developer to help the team during development

·         Collaborate with team members to develop, maintain and implement suitable coding standards to contribute to continuous improvement

·         Escalate time, cost or quality implications to project manager and development manager

·         Analyze existing solutions to provide recommendations on improvements

·         Lead the team to resolve issues reported during QA/UAT/post deployment

·         Own code versions/repositories across instances and coordinate with DevOps team for releases Desirable Functions

·         Prior working experience in delivering IT solutions in Healthcare domain (Providers, Payors, Regulators) is highly desirable
