Job Title: SSIS ,SQL Server – Database Developer
Location: Bloomfield ,CT (Initial remote)
Rate: $40/hr on c2c
Technical/Functional Skills:
Strong working in SQL Server, SSIS, SQL Stored Procedures,.Good Healthcare Domain knowledge .
Experience Required:
- 5 - 8 years in Software\Database Development and Data Management roles.
- Requires hands on proficiency with SQL Server, SSIS
- Demonstrated ability to participate in multi-functional projects independently and act as the point of contact to drive initiatives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to research, problem solve, trouble shoot, influence and partner across the organization.
- Demonstrates advanced presentation skills to prepare, deliver, and ensure understanding of information and processes across call, claims, and client service operation audiences.
- Experience with Healthcare call, claim, client, and customer data preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Works with matrix partners during the project life cycle.
- Lead\Participate overall discussions around application and database designs with the matrix partners.
- Influence\Mentor developers to follow the best practices while developing new ETLs.
- Ability to provide technical solutions to meet project deliverables.
- Research\Analyze new technology to enhance the existing toolkit for Service Operations
- Influences and negotiates with leaders up and across the organization, including periodic visual and verbal presentations to senior management.
- Fluency in data layer software and techniques to provide direction to technical staff.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Engineering
