Note: This is an onsite role and Local candidates are required.
Requirements:
Need SAP Client with IM (Inventory Management) background
Will become a support team for the logistics group
This will grow to an 8-member team/ managed service
Skills:
· Should have thorough understanding of S/4 HANA - IM module
· Should have an exposure to embedded EWM module
· Should be excellent in communication (note that the resources will be working with business only and hence needs to communicate very well). This is the key to success.
Should have a good understanding of logistics business processes like material movement, RF guns, mobile apps for RF, material reconciliation, replenishment process etc.
· The resources will be required to train the Logistics operators in the plant
· Identify the issues – master data, system issues, user issues
· Should escalate to IT for quick resolution/ follow ups. This means the resources need not be configurators but should be able to understand the logic that has been configured in the system.
· Role is 100% at CG, no travel will be provided by customer
· Initial deployment will be for 3 months and is extendable for a long term based on their performance.
· Ability to support over weekends, if needed
