Position: Project Manager with JDE Integration Experience
Remote with ability to travel when safe
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for profitably managing the development and implementation of medium to large scale services projects or sub-projects that consistently deliver high client value.
- Provides leadership and creativity in the development and implementation of services and solutions engagements.
- Works with the client, practice leader and project team to plan, develop, organize, monitor and deliver services and solutions.
- Assume a proactive and direct role for developing and cultivating service opportunities and establishing engagements to ensure profitable revenue growth for AST.
- Manages the development and integration of the entire project(s). Consistently delivers high value, "client ready" work, including communications and presentations, with minimal supervision.
- Writes accurate and effective statements of work so that both the client and AST staff understands the project expectations and roles.
- Establishes and manages the project plan (development, delivery schedule, resource requirements, 3rd parties, cost budget methodology, tools, standards and quality).
- Uses appropriate methodologies (such as risk mitigation/management, change/control management and contract management) to manage major projects or a group of projects.
- Leads or supports the implementation of change management, business process redesign or information planning.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 4 years of managing projects/programs within the organization's industry, domain or program solutions
- Project management experience with at least 2 of those years managing large, more complex projects
- Experience with project delivery practices, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong business analysis skills with ability to contribute to problem solving with focus on innovation
- Have participated in process improvement efforts involving cost reduction methods, resource management practices and project recovery
- Understanding and experience in ERP cloud and SaaS implementations is a plus
- Understanding of integrations with third-party solutions
- Understanding of stakeholder and risk management practices
- Basic familiarity with implementation of change management objectives and practices
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of client and AST personnel and management
- 4-year bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Certification such as PMP, Scrum Master, etc. is desirable
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced and remote environment
- Ability to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
- Practical knowledge of other project collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, etc.
- Ability to manage and collaborate with offshore teams for functional and technical delivery
