Duration: 12+ Months - 7+ years’ experience working as a Lead Business Systems Analyst
- Previous experience working with development teams configuring, implementing and supporting Salesforce’ CPQ application (Steelbrick) preferred
- Previous experience supporting and developing solutions on the salesforce.com platform (Salesforce Admin certification required, Salesforce certification and salesforce Advanced Admin a plus)
- Strong understanding and/or hands on experience with sales and renewal
- Proven experience ensuring quality deliverables, including writing test scripts, validating technical deliverables, facilitating UAT and sign-off
- Manage communications and coordinate discussions between Product Managers and business stakeholders
- Work closely with Product Manager to translate and clarify business requirement and document use cases for technical team.
- Coordinate testing (with business stakeholders), including drafting test scenarios, facilitating, demos, UAT and sign-off
- Proven experience ensuring quality deliverables, including writing test scripts, validating technical deliverables, facilitating UAT and sign-off
- Strong proficiency with tools and applications commonly used in systems analysis, including process-flow modeling and systems design methodologies
