 Job Description:

 Pega Developer - CSSA certified - 6 - 8 years - Experience UST is looking for a skilled Pega developer to design and develop enterprise-level Pega applications. In this role, you will be responsible for the deployment of large-scale Pega projects. This may involve developing BPM applications, integrating web services, designing data models and frameworks, and collating business analysis requirements · Pega Certified - CSSA Mandatory · Hands on experience in Pega PRPC 7.x / 8.x, and Oracle / SQL Server / No-SQL databases. · Expert in implementing integrations such as REST, SOAP, File Listener, MQ and Error handling. · Experience on creating technical rules such as collections, Activities, Data transforms, Flows, Case Types, Decision rules etc. following the branching strategy · 4+ years experience working with Agile or Scaled Agile · 3+ years of cross cultural experience. · Strong understanding of Pega methodologies (i.e. Pega done the Pega way!) · Ability to define and enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding · Exposure to a variety to technologies, including object-oriented techniques/principles, database design, application & web servers, not just Pega. · Aptitude to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; ability to explain it to both business & IT stakeholder · Excellent time management and organization skills as well as the ability to manage multiple competing priorities · Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate
