Description :
Oracle experience would be great but just an ERP experience around best practices from high level management around vendors management down to hands on UAT testing would be great.
This will be a high level role that will interact with Executive Leadership teams so communication is key on this one, we'll need very polished candidates.
This position provides overall Project Management for the Technology Workstream of Funko's Oracle Cloud ERP implementation. Once deployed, this role will deliver subsequent projects, business capabilities and ensure alignment across all IT organizations. The position contributes to coordinating maintenance and enhancement efforts to leverage enterprise resources, knowledge, and best practices.
What You'll Do
- Maintains and controls the IT ERP project budget, schedule, and resources
- Responsible for ERP project delivery, including project planning, resource allocation, IT and Program leadership updates and team delivery methodology and process
- Responsible for clear and accurate communication on IT's status, risks and issues to the ERP Program Team through a process of consolidation and consensus building across IT.
- Manages IT project scope, risk, and issue resolution
- Responsible for quality of IT owned project deliverables
- Contributes to the project management of solution integration into the enterprise technical architecture and business environment
- Responsible for aligning external partners involved or accountable for IT components of the ERP Project and subsequent project deliveries.

What You'll Bring
Education
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Experience
- 10 to 15 years of IT Project Management experience with a minimum of 5 in ERP Project Management
- At least one successful ERP project in wholesale distribution (e.g., an ERP project that realized its anticipated business benefits and was delivered in a timely manner within budgetary boundaries)
- Oracle or SAP ERP experience essential, experience with cloud ERP is preferable.
- Certification from a recognized Project Management authority preferred but not essential

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak to technical-level staff and summarize communications for executive consumption.
