Job Description
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a product owner or product manager or senior business analyst
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Advanced technical skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Ability to create wireframe designs and mockups
- Skilled in research and producing analysis (gap, comparison, etc.) with input from multiple sources and create a summary to guide stakeholders decision making process
- Skilled in developing artifacts such as process diagram, requirements document, UI wireframes, data catalog, etc
- Experienced with technology development projects, data management and business intelligence/analytics products or solutions
- Proven working experience as a systems analyst or business analyst
- Technical expertise regarding software development models, database design development, data query techniques
- Familiarity with data interfaces for import/export of data
- Familiarity with automation of business processes
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Skilled and experience in working in a scrum team as product owners of multiple workstreams
- Skilled in scoping, managing a project plan for multi-disciplinary projects
- Skilled in facilitating a meeting, addressing questions and drive consensus
- Experienced in managing and developing epics, user stories in a scrum process using tools such as JIRA, etc.
- Experience in conducting user testing and training
- Have a clear and good verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting
- Highly organize and have the drive to complete documentations
- Strong problem-solving skill – Know how to break down big problems into solvable pieces
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- A bachelor's degree in science, engineering or related field.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
- MBA is a plus
