- Experience with Dynatrace
- Experience with Azure AppInsights – including ability to write queries within the tool
- At least a basic level of infrastructure and application development understanding with a focus on Microsoft technologies and Azure
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Sharepoint knowledge would be a plus
