Role - Sharepoint Solutions Architect Location – NJ; Remote Client is based out in EST so need someone from EST Time zone with exp on Governance, security, Migration
- evaluation of existing SharePoint and non-SharePoint site based content and site structure for legal and HR across all regions.
- feasibility matrix and features mapping.
- providing best practice guidelines for in scope portal on areas like GDPR, security, accessibility, and administration.
- provide recommendations on overall governance process.
- finalize high level solution and architecture design.
- high level road-map for implementing global shared knowledgebase across multiple geo’s with recommended best-practices
- including recommendation for migrating existing content and associated metadata
- Recommendation of developing a Global Shared Knowledgebase for the client.
- Feasibility study of using Microsoft 365 for developing the knowledge base
- assessment of existing SharePoint online based Content platform and provide recommendations on best practices for multi-geo implementation with distributed data implementation
- analysis and recommendations to ensure GDPR privacy compliance for the portal
- provide recommendation on Governance setup and Support model
- Implementation recommendations for the Knowledgebase for Legal and HR across all regions
- Execution (migrate, design, build, test and deploy) post this discovery phase
