We are looking for Azure Data Architect with Snowflakeexperience for an immediate role in Dallas,TX.

•            Build and maintain the technology platform architecture for both on premise andcloud based solution

•            Responsible for architecting a new cloud data platform analyzing differentemerging technology solutions that range from Microsoft Synapse, Azure datafactory, Azure data lake, Snowflake, data bricks, Data Robot, HDInsights,PowerBI, Synapse or SQL DWH and more

•            Responsible for owning data platform architecture and ensuring the rightplatforms and solutions are being used

•            Explores, evaluates, recommends, and acts as the lead subject matter inemerging technology trends and proof‐of‐concept efforts

•            Lead and manage technical data architecture assessment for firm‐wide project initiatives

•            Collaborate and support business teams and data office on data relatedinitiatives

•            Document and maintain the data technology platform architecture

•            3+ years of experience with Azure cloud data solutions (Azure Data Factory,Data Lake storage, data bricks, Data Explorer, Machine Learning, Azure Syapse /Snowflake)

•            5+ years of experience with on premise Oracle and SQL server, storedprocedures, SSIS, SSAS

•            Experience working in the Financial Services industry

•            Knowledge and experience with Manta for business glossary and data qualitytools is highly desirable

•            Experience with data architecture for business intelligence tools like Tableausupporting our users to self‐support their analytical needs

•            Capable of communicating clearly with business users and having detaileddiscussions with the technology team

•            Goal‐oriented team player committed to quality and detail

•            Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive and readily embraces change

•            Certification in Microsoft Cloud is highly desirable

•            Experience working with Tableau

•            Must have designed and executed at least 2 projects using Azure data ecosystem

•            Experience in designing architecture patterns for streaming, batch, nearreal-time using Azure

•            Experience in connecting to snowflake from Azure and in building data warehouseon snowflake

•            Must have understanding of snowflake roles and deployments of virtualwarehouses

•            Must have knowledge of snowflake architecture and implementation patterns

•            Must have designed and executed at least 1 project of snowflake implementationon Azure cloud platform

•            Good knowledge of Azure PaaS and IaaS

•            Good knowledge of data modeling, integration and design techniques

•            Must have ability to evaluate different Azure products to fit the requirements

•            Must have excellent presentation skills to justify technical design decision toarchitecture board and senior leadership

•            Must have experience in leading team/s and get execution done

•            Must have experience in creating high level and detailed design documents

•            Must be a hands-on programming actively in pySpark or snowflake and SQL queries

•            Must be able to write complex sql queries
