Position Title: -Senior Integration Engineer

Location: - Snoqualmie, Washington.


  • ·       Provide a total systems perspective including atechnical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements ofhardware and software components.
  • ·       Plan and coordinate data management practices totreat and handle data as a resource.
  • ·       Work with program core team members includingQuality and Regulatory to ensure conformance to established design developmentprocesses and procedures.
  • ·       Architect, design, develop, and implementsolutions to integrate multiple enterprise applications.
  • ·       Provide leadership and work direction toincrease the effectiveness of the overall team. 
  • ·       Collaborate with multiple project teamsdelivering business objectives.
  • ·       Enforce proper source control and changemanagement practices.
  • ·       Leads discovery of new integration, messaging,and data service technologies.
  • ·       Demonstrate good design practices andmethodologies.
  • ·       B.E/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in the fields ofElectrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, orsimilar related degree.
  • ·       8+ years’ relevant integration-level and/orsystems/project engineering experience, of which as minimum of 3 years in themedical device industry.
  • ·       Define requirements and interface specificationsby following necessary and appropriate standard operating procedures, FDA andother regulations that are necessary for the completion of the productdevelopment.
  • ·       Experience with systems/project engineeringprocesses
  • ·       Must have familiarity with security standardsand frameworks including NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, NIST 800-171, IEC 80001, and/orISO 27001/5, and/or US government ATO processes.
  • ·       Familiar with one or more risk managementtechniques (i.e. Hazard Analysis, Risk Analysis, Failure Modes and EffectsAnalysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), etc.).
  • ·       Familiarity with and working knowledge ofautomated requirements traceability tools, such as Rational Requisite Pro, IBMDoors, Rational Quality Manager, etc. 
  • ·       Experience in an Agile Software DevelopmentEnvironment will be a plus.
  • ·       Candidate should be knowledgeable and haveexperience in hardware and firmware development and the processes associatedwith product life cycles, such as stage/phase gate product developmentprocesses.
  • ·       Able to work, influence and lead in a highlycross-functional team environment.
  • ·       Familiarity with FDA Quality Systems Regulations(QSR) preferred.
  • ·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills,for both internal and external audiences, at all levels.
  • ·       Knowledge of and ability to work within a globalcorporate environment is required.
  • ·       Must travel internationally and be able toacquire all necessary travel documents. Travel up to 10%.
