Role: Oracle Service Cloud Developer
Location: 100% Remote
Start Date: May 24th
LOA: 7 months +
The client currently uses Oracle service cloud cx. Implemented service cloud 2 years ago for one warranty division of a business unit and implementing for a new business unit. The new business unit will have warranty work and they use customers connecting into warranty claim and work through claim and that is under way. The project is scheduled to go live in September and doing development work for that information.
Implement oracle service cloud for service centers and across north America and have subsequent roll outs. The implementation partner is designing the service cloud and work towards service centers and integrate back to financial systems. With that, development required for implementing their design and get that working.
Service Cloud development
The developer would be the primary person to take the functional design documents and do development for this product. They will need to have deep experience with service cloud and some knowledge of other development tools like .net for using libraries and PHP. The experience with Service cloud is the primary skill set needed for this project.
Integrations development
Service cloud would be integrating to EBS and using integration. They are doing on premise version called integration gateway that is built into EBS, not Oracle integration cloud. They leverage Oracle EBS integration with service cloud and use mulesoft to do integration in other areas, but not using for service cloud now.
