Position : Data Modeler
Location : Durham, NC
Duration : 12 months
Job Description:
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in Data Vault and Migration to Snowflakes.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Looking for min 9-10 years’ experience.
- 3 years’ experience in IS with 1-year training and experience in data modeling principles and business process relationships
- In lieu of degree, 5 years’ experience in IS with 2 years training and experience in data modeling principles and business process relationships
- Experience in data warehousing preferred
- Experience in Health Care preferred
- Experience working on a Teradata platform preferred
- Good understanding of project management methodologies
- Strong working knowledge of ERWin or similar data modeling tool
- Strong working knowledge of ER/Objects/Dimensional modeling concepts
- Demonstrated ability to plan and to manage oneself to that plan
- Demonstrated ability to focus on customer needs, business processes and relationships of customer data required
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and be accountable for timely delivery of data modeling results that support business needs required
