Job Description:
We're looking for a Sr. BSAs to support our Guidewire Initiative, specializing in Decision Management.
Candidate Target Experience

1.       Experience with Policy Center on the Guidewire platform  (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
2.       Experience with FICO Decision management platform (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
3.       5+ years professional experience as a business systems analysis
4.       Experience supporting Property & Casualty Underwriting systems (alternately, we'll consider experience with Life insurance)
5.       Experience with Private Passenger Auto, Homeowners  or Business Auto line of businesses
6.       Proficient in working directly with business users to understand business processes, gather & document requirements, and work closely with the user community to implement system changes that meet business needs.
7.       Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with remote users via phone, email, Teams, and other virtual collaboration tools.
8.       Experience interpreting and writing Use Cases, Functional Requirements, Screen Specs, and Data Mapping documents
9.       Technical proficiency, with the ability to understand data flows and the flow between complex, integrated systems (experience working with third-party vendors is preferred, but optional)
10.   Experience collaborating with Development & QA teams
11.   Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

They must be a strong analyst who can learn the system and work with limited supervision (Manager has too many Jr. BSAs on her team and doesn't want any more). They will be implementing FICO DMP, analyze the system (review end user data and take it to the back end). The end user makes all the rules and the BSA will take that info to the development team to implement. They must be a BSA who is great with processes and willing to do some heavy lifting (not just delegate, she has too many people on her team that delegate). They need to know SQL (Select Start) in order to query the data. If the development team has issues with the end user rules, they will lean on the BSA to to provide answers. Technical BSA is ideal for this role, someone who can review a process and execute on the process. Guidewire Policy Center is great to have but not required, FICO is amazing to have and would be the icing on the cake. Very big on communication. BSA without good communication are unable to accurately articulate needs and processes. So they need to be able to do both.

Thanks & Regards,

Saranya
