VisionPlus BA JD

 

Required Skills:
•    6-8 years  In-depth  understanding of the VisionPLUS 8.0+ application / business process
•     minimum 3-4 years expertise in CMS /CDM / and FAS  sub systems is must
• Detailed understanding of business processes behind the Cards sub-systems and the functionalities that it delivers – Originations, Account Management, Authorizations,  Disputes, Loyalty, Card Fulfilment, Customer Communication – Statements & Letters
• In detail understanding of Vision Plus interfaces, inter-dependencies of sub-systems and important controlling parameters.
• Good understanding of Vision Plus interfaces, inter-dependencies of sub-systems and important controlling parameters.
Should be aware of all the important Reports and Primary & Secondary control record parameters in VisionPLUS.
• Ability to clearly chart out functional, parameter, environment & interface aspects of the solution when provided with a complex problem or requirement
• Good understanding of CMS batch and online architecture.
• Ability  to create Business requirement documents from high level requirements.
• Ability to do impact analysis of the requirements and identify the gaps.
• Ability to create Functional solution documents (FSD) from the Business requirements and walkthrough the same with client.
• Ability to develop Functional Test Strategy on how to perform the testing
• Ability to create User acceptance testing test plans and execute Test scripts.
• Ability to create test data based on various test conditions in mainframe
• Ability to liaison with different teams to get the solution implemented.
• Ability to resolve customer queries and identify the root cause of the issues.
• Knowledge of Sort utility and Eazsytrieve
• Excellent communication skills - Articulate and facilitate conversations with delivery team and client
• Soft Skills: Analytical skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude

VisionPLus Developer

 

 

Required Skills:
•    6-8 Years  Development experience on VisionPlus cards platform is a must.
•   In-depth  understanding of the VisionPLUS 8.0+ enterprise architecture
• At least 4+ years of expertise in CMS  and FAS  sub systems is must
• Detailed understanding of business processes behind the Cards sub-systems and the functionalities that it delivers – Originations, Account Management, Authorizations,  Disputes, Loyalty, Card Fulfilment, Customer Communication – Statements & Letters
• In detail understanding of Vision Plus interfaces, inter-dependencies of sub-systems and important controlling parameters.
• Hands on technical implementation experience of major V+ installations in a card issuing environment
• Good understanding of Vision Plus interfaces, inter-dependencies of sub-systems and important controlling parameters.
• Should have worked on development & design, SIT, UAT support
• Strong of COBOL, CICS,VSAM,JCL and DB2 file structure must
• Strong DB2 skill
• Experience in providing technical solutions for online CICS is must
• Ability to understand functional, technical, parameter, environment & interface aspects of the solution
• Ability to clearly chart out functional, technical, parameter, environment & interface aspects of the solution when provided with a complex problem or requirement
• Understanding of MQ Series
• Knowledge of Sort utility and Easytrieve
• Exposure on File-Manager,  CA7 Scheduler and  Endevor.
• ability to conduct design and code review for the junior associates of the team,
• Excellent communication skills - Articulate and facilitate conversations with delivery team and client
• Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
• Ability to review requirements, come out with multiple solutions and provide a clear choice decision using factors including estimation, simplicity-complexity of solution and fit into the overall architecture
