- Spin new VM in Citrix environment for GIS 2020 project and Installation of GIS software (ArcFM, ArcMap, ArcCatalog)
- Support any VM/Citrix issues in Conflation (AUD) project
- Support EDX applications via Citrix environment (Possible addition discussed recently)
- Support Oracle 12c to 18c Upgrade project
- Apply MS & other software patches on Citrix Dev, QA and Prod environments
- Resolve all Incidents related the Citrix store front (For example, app slowness, app not launching in Citrix environment)
- Perform upgrades of Citrix environment, based on available LTR
