Job: RPA Tech lead (Blueprism) Consultant
Duration: 6 months
Location: Remote

Job Description: We need someone who has done BP design & coding of bots themselves, and may have matured to work on bot solution design and lead developers. But still loves to code and get hands on when needed – and has relevant skills as a result (i.e. experience with unexpected/complex design, coding or deploy issues).
RPA Tech lead (Blueprism) Consultant – Location US only. (Work remotely, but may have to travel 10% to client sites)
- Experienced in designing Blueprism (BP) automation solutions and coding/developing & deploying BP automations – full lifecycle responsibility & has delivered successfully many times in the same organization.
- Has assessed automation feasibility from a technical perspective and performs due diligence on technical dependencies
- Very familiar with BP design, coding standards and best practices
- Designed automations and Created Solution Design Documents (SDD)
- Experienced in architecting simple, medium, complex automations in BP
- Experienced in designing reusable objects
- Coded from simple to high complexity automations and worked on them end to end
- Has led a BluePrism automation delivery team across the automation lifecycle (requirements analysis to testing). Coordinated & led a team of onshore/offshore resources and managed timely delivery
- Mentored, coached delivery team members as needed on coding challenges, best practices and blueprism development standards
- Reviewed developer code, managed code quality as needed
- Proactively identifying and communicating automation technical risks (across requirements analysis, design, coding, testing or deployment)
- Experienced in design, coding and deployment issues, sharing best practicesto prevent such issues
- Experienced in coordinating testing and deployment of automations
- Experienced in root cause analysis of, and fixing (code fixes etc) of deployment issues
- Has been involved in many automation deployments, documenting handover procedures and change control processes
- Is thorough about documentation completed per standards
- Significant experience being a tech lead(facilitating across deliverables, finalize automation effort estimates, manage resources vs workload, coordinate testing, deployment, estimating automation effort, timelines, costs of automations, calculating bot benefits etc)
- Scheduling workload across resources to manage capacity across multiple automations at various stages of their lifecycles
Required:
- Have at least 4+ years of development and delivery experience (ideally with computer science, engineering background)
- At least 2+ years of Tech lead delivery experience.
- At least 1+ years of Blueprism
- Experience with waterfall development methodologies (ideally with agile)
- Great communication skills – to be able to communicate proactively on risks/issues, estimate project timelines, delays, technical dependencies
- Ability to lead a team of developers, testers and implement multiple automations
- Ideally with banking / financial services experience
- Ideally experience integrating BP (RPA) with other technologies including OCR tools, low code platforms (BPM).
