Required skills:
- 8 Years of experience with and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- 6 Years of experience with Identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective; Prepare solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc.;
- 6 Years of experience with Write detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs; Prepare and documents Functional and Technical Specifications for reporting and data warehouse work
- 6 Years of Strong experience as a Business Analyst in requirements gathering, understanding technology.
- 6 Years of experience with the ability to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs; formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies and is experienced with business process reengineering
- 6 Years of experience with Assist with business warehouse/intelligence support and enhancements; Develop RFP; assist in deployment and management of end-user reporting tools and platforms;
- 6 Years of experience Work with IT and program project teams to understand reporting and data warehousing requirements and propose solutions; document and provide knowledge transfer to internal and external stakeholders;
- 6 Years of experience with Review and evaluating vendor plans, deliverables, and must be able to elicit and document program requirements through Joint Application Design (JAD) requirements gathering sessions;
- 6 Years of experience with Research available technologies and products, provide insight into and evaluations of different products and implementation strategies;
- 6 Years of experience with Research, implementation of and advisement on system standard;
- 6 Years of Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; perform a variety of tasks; work under general supervision; reports to a project leader or manager; a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- 5 Years of experience as a liaison between the Business community and Customer IT Teams (i.e., Architecture, Project Delivery, Application Sustain, etc.).
- 4 Years of experience Work with internal and external stakeholder organizations
- 1+ Year experience working with the Health and Human Services Commission.
