Title: SAP HCM Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Weeks
• Participate in all Practice related go-to-market activities like presales, solutions, demos, webinars, thought leadership, project oversight and successful project delivery • Provide thought leadership, in terms of revenue-generating ideas and solutions, as well as delivering value consistently. • Manage the appropriate levels of integration with broader HCL organization to effectively influence the timing and delivery of industry-specific solutions. • Provide strong leadership in the recruitment, training and development of top-quality talent to ensure highest levels of performance and productivity. • Serve as the key point of contact with strategic business partners, internal and external stakeholders.
