- Lead and Manage the development team and collaborate with product stakeholders like function users, Client team, supporting functions etc.
- As Product Owner,
- Maximize ROI of the product, manage, own & prioritize the backlog
- Decision making authority, decides release content and dates
- Maximize output by working with the team
- Owns the vision of the product
- Should be able to lead and manage the multiple teams and programs independently.
- Strong background in object oriented design principles, data structures and algorithms and computer science fundamentals
- Knowledge on Design concepts and script language like iScrpit, JavaScript frameworks like Angular, Node etc.
- Experience with Object-Oriented JavaScript Development using modern architectures and libraries (NodeJS, Backbone, Underscore, etc.)
- Strong experience in object oriented design and development including highly flexible development life cycle
- Experience with ODBC, SQL and relational database management systems such as SQL Server or Oracle
- Experience developing web-based forms utilizing JavaScript, XML, XSL, HTML and CSS
- Experience developing with SOAP and/or REST based web services
- Experience working and integration with Oracle EBS and SAP ERP
- Experience using source versioning software (SVN)
- Agile and Waterfall development experience
- Experience using Cognos Business Intelligence is a plus
