Role: Business Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL
Duration: 6 Months to 1 year

- Experienced in translating the Product vision/goals and objectives into business requirements.
- Participate in planning discussions with business users/SME’s & analyze voice of customer (VOC) to build the solid Product backlog
- Experienced in decomposing epics/product features into smaller manageable user stories & story points.
- Assist development teams in clarifying the business requirements.
- Prepare & plan user acceptance test scenarios for verifying product features at the end of each sprint cycle
- Ability to provide product demo and clarify features to business users and other stakeholders
- Identify various project dependencies and help development team prioritize such dependencies
- Ability to work on multiple product/project requirements
- Have a broad understanding and experience in working on Agile principles and values
- Identifying areas of improvement as a part of continuous improvement from both process & product
- Have experience in tracking the user stories in Microsoft DevOps and Jira
- Nice to have: Microsoft dynamics administration, Power Bi reporting usage
