Job Description:
Under the guidance of a senior, lead or principal software engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain software components and products that support the business's applications, as well as code and unit tests calculations to produce accurate results and complete code coverage. You will use tools, languages, coding standards and best practices to develop new product features and maintain year over year product functionality and enhancements. In addition, you will create and execute QA tests and address defects. Finally, you will work closely with the QA and other teams to ensure consistent understanding of requirements and approach.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web-based and desktop software components, in a back-end .NET and Angular environment.
Participate in technical design and code reviews for all new enhancements and maintenance work delivered.
Review and Understand business and functional requirements and produce technical specifications and product requirements.
Create, maintain, and execute unit/QA and other DevOps Shift Left testing.
Maintain knowledge on the latest technologies relevant to the role regarding algorithms, language, design methodology, third-party development tools, application platforms, hardware compatibility and operating systems.
Requirements
Enterprise-level development experience with the following skills:
Object Oriented Programming using C#
.NET Core version 2.1 or newer
At least one: Azure DevOps or JIRA or Jenkins
