Position : Business Analyst

Description :
- Years of experience working as a business analyst
- Previous experience working in Agile projects
- Deep understanding of business processes to play role of a Proxy Product Owner for rest of the team
- Active Listening & Reviewing skills
- Technical writing skills
- Visual Modeling skills
- Requirements Management skills
- Basic SQL and Data Analysis skills
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence and Lucid Chart
- Study and document current state processes identify pain areas and propose solutions
- Understand business users needs through methodical interviewing and translate the same to be consumed by Project Stakeholders
- Lead requirements elicitation workshops / discussion / conference calls, work with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, moderate brainstorming sessions, etc
- Critically evaluate data gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicting requirements, decompose high-level information into details, abstract from examples to a more general understanding, identify underlying needs from explicit user requests, etc.
- Document Business Requirements, Functional Specifications and Wireframes
- Identify and document Epics, and User Stories in JIRA
- Work with development and QA team to ensure that requirements are properly understood, implemented and tested
