Role – Support Engineer Location – Dublin, New Jersey, Bellevue, Santa Clara Duration: Contract - Excellent communication skills (written and Verbal) since job involves interacting with customer as well as offshore team. - Experience with scripting (Powershell, VBScript, Bash, KSH) preferred. - Experiencing in handling Support Team - Should be proficient in OS administration for Windows, Linux and AIX. - Excellent problem solving skills, escalation management skills. - Working in Support project requiring 24*7 Support is a big plus. - Experience with Service Now or similar ticketing, incident and change management tools - Experience in change management processes - Years of experience 7+ | | | |
