Job Title: MS CRM Dynamics Developer

Job Description:-
Mandatory Skills
- The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of MS Dynamics CRM solutions
- Working on MS Dynamics CRM configuration, implementation and development experience (multiple projects)
- Must possess an in depth understanding and hands on capabilities with MS Dynamics 365 CRM - Online/On premise.
- Experience with Web API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints.
- Experience with deploying and automating MS Dynamics CRM solutions, Ability to configure, customizes and extend MS Dynamics CRM solutions
- Ability to create MS Dynamics CRM solutions using OOB features & Ability to perform gap analysis between the business requirements and MS Dynamics CRM capabilities
- In-depth knowledge and experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery
- Independent, can take user requirements and implement them in MS Dynamics CRM
- Knowledge must include architectural design, configuration and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations
- Diagnose and resolve application, configuration, and code level technical support issue
Nice to have
- Experience working on Unified Service Desk(USD) customization with Computer Telephone Integration(CTI)
- Experience with migration/integration of data from other systems with MS Dynamics CRM
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience on Azure cloud platform
