Duration: 6 months Responsibilities:
Establish baseline forecasts for volumes and associated metrics
Determination of available headroom through analytic queueing models
Analyze workload trends
Linear and non-linear regression analysis
Utilize Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques to predict future workloads based on historical data and statistical models and provide deeper insights through advance pattern detection
Driving scale into Capacity Planning
Establish correlations between business operational metrics and IT metrics - be able to articulate how each component impacts other departments
Skills
R programming and / or Python for Data Analysis
Experience in managing data structures (using Excel, R, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, etc) to build reports and run analysis
Experience with TensorFlow would be great
Very strong communication, presentation, relationship building and planning skills
