Job description:
Informatica PowerCenter and MDM Administrator
Install, configure, administer Informatica Power Center 10.x and Informatica MDM 10.x.
Manage various Informatica PC and MDM Non-PROD and PROD environments with High Availability and GRID setup.
Perform Root Cause Analysis for Issues and work with various development teams and Informatica Vendor team to resolve any bugs/issues as and when required.
Set up access roles and privileges.
Liaise with Systems Administrators, UNIX, Network and DBAs, and patching teams to perform various administrative activities.
Experience with automation of monitoring Informatica environments using UNIX, pmrep, pmcmd and other Informatica command line language.
Support development teams with performance tuning and troubleshooting issues.
Schedule and Monitor Informatica repository backups.
Create new repositories from scratch, backup and restore.
Provide On Call Support as required during the week ends and off hours.
