· Serves as the project lead for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders) and shall assist the Transition Lead & Service Delivery Managers in working with the MSP for a successful transition of services. Responsible for the overall management of the tasks and issues in
· Confluence/Jira and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in Jira are implemented in a timely manner.
· Work closely with internal build and managed service provider teams to effectively communicate technical goals, advancements and risks.
· Develop, maintain and effectively execute daily scrum iterations throughout the life of project(s) using Agile methodologies in Confluence & Jira Ensure due diligence, Knowledge transfer and is responsible for providing timely updates to the overall transition project plan.
· Responsible for providing daily/weekly and monthly reports monitoring the quality control, progress/status reporting and program reviews applied to the service delivery transition
· Responsible for ensuring projects meet project and quality standards set forth by the Transition Lead.
· Review project deliverables, schedule, coordinate and manage all project meetings, logistics, meeting notes, action items to ensure adherence to the project management process
· Provide guidance and support to the project team for any project management tool and/or process issues and questions
· Monitor and escalate project scope, budget, issues, risks, etc.
· Create, Coordinate & maintain transition Schedule, plan, project artifacts, meeting minutes and day to day project administration activities in Confluence/Jira
