Title: Test Lead w/ Insurance domain exp
Location: Green Bay, WI
Duration: Long term Contract
Job description :
- 8+ years hands-on customer-facing quality assurance experience.
- 2+ years using agile SCRUM software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal.
- Experience in Insurance domain (Auto and Home).
- Must have experience with both manual and Automation testing.
- Experience in framework implementation using Java.
- Hands-on experience in web and desktop test automation using open source tools like Selenium, Winium.
- Experience in service virtualization using Wiremock or any other open source tool.
- Experience in performance testing (JMeter, HP LoadRunner etc.)
- Test Data Management using IBM OPTIM or any other similar tool.
- Challenge the manual testing and always explore automation opportunities.
- Provide accurate estimates for all automation development. Ensure target dates are met.
- Extensive experience with all phases of software testing including test planning, functional, performance and regression testing.
- Best practices in SQA and software development, including modern CI processes and automation.
- Must be self-starter and take initiatives.
