Job Description:
7 to 10 years of experience on mainframe development in COBOL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, JCL, SQL, QMF
Experience of using various tools within mainframe e.g IBM Debugger, IBM File Manager, File-aid, CA-7, Utilities etc.
Desirable : Experience on MQ Series, Serena Changeman, Panvalet
Desirable : Experience on SQL Server, SSIS and ETL
Should be open to providing on-call support based on project requirements.
Assist and troubleshoot current Mainframe environment.
Analyze designs, develop and execute custom application features and functions.
Interact with integration infrastructure and varied systems.
Evaluate, design, code and test improvement as required to complex modules.
Design and develop code applications to technical and functional programming standards.
Provide prime assistance toward application releases installation into production under given direction.
Coordinate and involve in structured peer reviews and walk troughs.
Plan and implement every needed process steps as defined in methodologies.
Present application and technical support as necessary at right time.
