My Name is Kaushik, Technical Recruiter with United Software Group INC, Trying to reach you for the position SAP HANA Consultant in the location Whippany, NJ Job: SAP HANA Consultant Location: Whippany, NJ Visa: H1B, GC and USC Experience: 9+ (mandatory) Job Description: - Senior HANA BI Architect responsible for analysis of requirements and delivery for data extraction and modeling Experienced in HANA Migrations; remediating applications and recommendations for approaches to interface with HANA and BA/HANA o Need to determine path for 20+ building blocks for either BW or native HANA • Designs and builds HANA VDM’s, Calculated Views & formulas, striving for optimal performance and data storage & handling.
- Build out designs from the Solution Architect perspective. Investigates data inaccuracies, discrepancies, by executing formulas provided by the business SME's and resolving/debugging potential formula or design errors.
- Performs performance testing on solutions.
- Collaborates with Solution Architect and teams on design improvements related to performance.
- Develop/Maintain "Best Practices" policies/procedures for the technical implementations developed within the enterprise.
- Develop detailed data models/Calculated views from logical and conceptual application designs Apply advanced modelling techniques and enterprise standards to highly complex business requirements • Demonstrate leadership and functional design documentation skills with an eye for exceptional architectural documentation delivery.
- Perform initial design, problem solving and review of technical architecture that conforms with the strategic direction of the enterprise.
- Articulate recommendations through compelling presentations and architectural blueprint documents to a variety of audiences, including client Business Management Teams, SME's and experienced IT Architects.
- Lead technical teams through complex, multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance and training as needed
