The Business Systems Analyst must deliver high quality and timely information to support their assigned project.
Required Duties / Deliverables
- Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information to create solid business requirements.
- Convert business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements with a lens toward how best to use the available technology platforms.
- Assist the technical team in architecting solutions.
- Identify gaps where available technology and business needs do not align. Work with project team to close the gaps.
- Create and implement test scenarios and scripts for Systems Integration Testing.
- Support the execution of User Acceptance Testing
- Support go-live and hyper-support activities.
- Transition work product to the PCB IT team.
Desired Experiences and Capabilities
- 5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst working on EDI and ERP with experience in the following transaction sets:
- Procure to Pay Transactions: Outbound 850. Inbound 810, 855, 856
- 3pL (Subject to change depending on the business processes): Inbound 846, 944, 945, 947. Outbound 888, 940
- Misc. OTC Text Transactions: Inbound 812, 816, 824, 830, 860
- Additional experience in Procure to Pay and 3PL work streams
- Experience with JDE in the Procurement and Order Management areas.
- Proficiency with SQL, Oracle etc., ability to read and understand code
- CPG Experience
