Title: MS SQL DBA

Mandatory Skills:
1. Database support in MS SQL
2. SQL Server database administration and design
3. High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for MSSQL Server
4. Backups, restores and recovery models
Job Description:
- 8+ years of SQL Server database administration and design.
- Perform physical and logical database administration functions as required for Application Sustain Services.
- Assist in analyzing, performance tuning and maintain test and production databases.
- Experience in database support in MS SQL Server environments.
- Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, using Performance Monitor, SQL
- Experience with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for MSSQL Server.
- Experience with backups, restores and recovery models.
- Ensure integrity of all database components, e.g. Table definitions, structure definitions, statistic and indexes status etc.
- Familiar with tuning utilities and reports. For example SQL trace, System Monitor, Open Activity Monitor, and Database Engine Tuning Advisor etc.
