Position: Pega Architect Location: Dallas, TX Certification: Pega CLSA or CSSA v7.x with 5+ yrs. of Pega experience Job Description: BPM architect would be responsible for consulting, architecture definition and drive implementation for various BPM initiatives. - Experience in defining Pega or Appian BPM based reference and technical architectures for large enterprises
- Should be able to define and articulate various patterns (Human approval patterns, process integration patterns, workflow patterns etc.)
- Experience in defining architecture, best practices and guidelines in BPM and BRMS based areas
- Define and evaluate alternative solutions, and recommend the most efficient and cost effective BPM architectures for the given customer requirements
- Ability to handle stakeholder discussions effectively from customer site and interact with multiple stakeholders (Enterprise architects, Technical directors, Business Heads)
- Ability to work at customer site to identify and manage BPM requirements.
- Hands-on experience in architecture & design Using Pega 7.X.
- Good understanding and hands on experience in SOA architecture, design and development
Roles & Responsibilities: - Define technical reference architecture, Develop technical solutions, tactical & strategic design options using Pega
- Define Logical, Technical & Physical views of Architecture
- Provide technology leadership and ensure quality of all deliverables
- Understand all elements to architect, design, build, test, operate and maintain complex systems using Pega.
- Lead technical team to complete process analysis, process modelling and process optimization
- Collaborate in multi-cultural technical environments with global teams.
- Communicate technical solutions to customers, SMEs and enterprise architects.
- Manages the technical rollout and post- deliverable technical strategy
- Responsible for working with Project manager to set and review overall quality of deliverables
Mandatory Skills: - Pega Certified Lead Systems Architect or Senior Systems Architect (LSA or CSSA) in Pega 7.X
- At least 5 years of experience in architect capacity with architecture experience in handling large BPM engagements using Pega
- Experience in Agile based Pega execution model
- Should have experience in Pega DCO process
- Understanding of various BPM/SOA lifecycle methodologies
- Must be thorough with requirement analysis, estimation and design aspects of BPM solutions
- Must have good communication skills to present the solutions to customer senior stakeholders comprising of business and technical.
- Must carry forward from requirements, architecture to implementation
