Job Description: Salesforce CPQ Architect

Role: Architect (Hands-On)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Zuora CPQ Architect who is hands-on and experienced in collaborating with cross-functional business stakeholders, and the flexibility to support US clients during the 2nd shift (2 PM – 11 PM IST).
Key Responsibilities:
· Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Zuora CPQ implementations.
· Hands-on Development: Configure and customize Zuora CPQ solutions, including integrations.
· Salesforce Integration: Integrate Zuora CPQ with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
· Business Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
· Process Optimization: Optimize Quote-to-Cash (QTC) workflows, including automation and efficiency improvements.
· Data Migration & Reporting: Lead data migration efforts from legacy systems to Zuora CPQ.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with offshore and onshore teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills & Experience:
· 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Zuora CPQ.
· Strong knowledge of REST APIs and experience integrating Zuora CPQ with Salesforce.
· Understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes, including billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
· Experience with Apex, Lightning Flows, and Process Builder for Salesforce integrations.
· Ability to design scalable, business-centric solutions and clearly communicate technical concepts.
· Comfortable working the 2nd shift (2 PM – 11 PM IST) to support US clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Zuora Certifications: Zuora Administrator
· Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Sales & Service Cloud Consultant
